Adults

Annual fee of $400.00

Regular Checkups: 2 routine exams and 2 cleanings each year — 1 every 6 months.
Emergency Care: 1 emergency exam per benefit year.
X-Ray Coverage: All necessary x-rays are included.
Savings on Treatments: Additional 10% discount on all other treatments, except whitening treatments or supplies/medications.

Payable annually after the initial sign-up.
Nonrefundable.

Children 12 and under

Annual fee of $295.00

Regular Checkups: 2 routine exams and 2 cleanings each year — 1 every 6 months.
Emergency Care: 1 emergency exam per benefit year.
X-Ray Coverage: All necessary x-rays are included.
Savings on Treatments: Additional 10% discount on all other treatments, except whitening treatments or supplies/medications.

An additional $50.00 for the sealant plan. Annual fee changes to $345.00.
Payable annually after the initial sign-up.
Nonrefundable.

Who can sign up for the In-House Dental Plans?

Our plans are available for both individuals and families. Anyone without commercial dental insurance coverage can enroll.

Can I use my plan immediately after signing up?

Yes, your plan is active as soon as you sign up and pay the annual fee.

Is the annual fee refundable if I don't use the services?

No, the annual fee is nonrefundable, regardless of whether you use the services during the benefit year.

Are cosmetic treatments covered by the plan?

Cosmetic treatments, such as whitening, are not included. However, you'll receive a 10% discount on other non-cosmetic treatments.
